Information about charitable assistance

Ongoing charitable support for the 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The purpose of the charitable assistance is to provide ongoing and systematic support to the 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by attracting voluntary monetary donations. The funds raised are used to meet the brigade's needs, including material and technical equipment, procurement of equipment, communications, vehicles, logistics, as well as other areas of support that correspond to the current needs of the units.

Charitable assistance is open-ended and is not limited to the implementation of one specific project or event.

Charitable assistance is provided without establishing a fixed total amount and without determining final collection deadlines. Fundraising is ongoing and continues in accordance with the current needs of the 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade.

If a charitable donation was made for a specific purpose or conditionally defined collection, the Donor gives their unconditional consent that in the event of:

• completion of the relevant collection,
• loss of its relevance,
• changes in the needs of the 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade,

the donated funds may be reallocated and used in other areas of charitable activity that correspond to the statutory purpose of the Charitable Organization and are aimed at supporting the 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade.

Due to the open-ended nature of charitable assistance, the concept of "remaining funds" does not apply.

By making a charitable donation, the payer confirms and agrees that the charitable donation is voluntary, gratuitous, and irrevocable, is not payment for goods, works, or services, and is not subject to return regardless of the direction of its use or subsequent changes in the implementation of individual collections.
