1. General Provisions

By accepting this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”), you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of providing role-based access and preparing statistical, administrative, and other information related to professional training.

Before using the Portal, please carefully review your rights and obligations regarding the processing of personal data as set out in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” this Policy, and confirm your full agreement with its terms.

2. Collection and Use of Personal Data

The collection of personal data is carried out solely based on your conscious and voluntary decision as the data subject, in order to use the functional capabilities of the Portal.

Full name, date of birth, gender, other identification data, phone number, and email address;
Details regarding your professional background: workplace, job title, job classification, specialty, qualifications, academic degree, academic rank, and so on;
Data collected through contact forms and email correspondence.

3. Purpose of Collecting, Processing, and Using Personal Data

Ensuring role-based access, specifically: registration of Portal subjects;
Organization of electronic interaction between Portal users through personal accounts;
Summarizing and systematizing registries and structured data;
Monitoring, summarizing, and analyzing statistical data.

4. Personal Data Access

Full access to the personal data of registered Portal users is granted to the authorized representative of the Portal administrator.

5. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

The Portal administrator does not transfer or disclose personal data to third parties without separate consent, except in cases provided for by law.

6. Personal Data Protection

The administrator implements the necessary procedural and technical measures to protect personal data from loss, unauthorized access, or distribution.

7. Changes to the Terms of the Policy

The administrator may amend this Policy to accurately reflect the methods of collecting, processing, using, accessing, and protecting personal data.

8. Your Rights

To receive information about the sources of data collection, storage location, and purpose of processing your personal data;
To file complaints and request changes, blocking, or deletion of your data;
To withdraw your consent for data processing.
